Pros

- comprehensive health insurance - you can work from anywhere in the world - on some projects you can choose your own hours - company pays for Salesforce certifications

Cons

- few learning opportunities: if you are hired as an SFMC consultant, it is very hard to get a chance to work on projects which involve other technologies (especially if you are interested in technologies which are not Salesforce related - they are covered by offices in South America and Eastern Europe) - unclear career path: you are supposed to follow a personal development plan but it is not clear what that can lead to in the long term (e.g. a promotion, a pay increase...) - no bonuses - company operates fully remotely and does little to encourage team building: it is easy to feel alienated - little transparency: you don't know how your salary compares to other people's and on what basis it is increased - little diversity: strong preference given to Ukrainian men in leadership, no specific action taken to increase diversity - not at all what is promised in the recruitment process, especially in terms of opportunities for professional growth - only 2 weeks of vacation

Hello SFMC Consultant! I am grateful for your feedback. I think you are raising some things that we definitely need to consider. In terms of one of your comments we definitely agree that, "Encourage employees to meet in person, e.g. by giving them access to coworking spaces in major Canadian cities," to address this we have re-opened / expanded our Toronto office after it was closed during then height of the COVID Pandemic and we are opening and office in Vancouver. We also have recently done Sr. Management Social road shows to meet with our teams in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. I hope you will see the impact of those efforts where you work soon. Regarding you other important comments about accuracy of your job description, and personal development and career plans, I would encourage you to reach out to you manager, or if you feel more comfortable please reach out to you HR Business Partner or me directly. Your feedback will be handled in confidence, and I am confident that we can put in place plans to address your concerns. Thank you again for sharing you valuable feedback. Believe it or not I value these types of reviews immensely, because they likely will yield the best opportunities for us to improve.

Customertimes is experiencing some growing pains which are natural for any growing organization(s). 1. Hiring challenges impeding the ability to grow 2. Lack of global HR policy focusing on the mental well-being of employees 3. Some of the departments operate in silos with repetitive and misdirected projects & priorities 4. Expectations to perform from day one are high
