Lack of global HR policy focusing on the mental well-being of employees 3. Some of the departments operate in silos with repetitive and misdirected projects & priorities 4. Expectations to perform from day one are high

1. Onboarding was super smooth - everything was clear and organized from day one. 2. Managers are friendly, quick to reply, and always ready to help out. 3. The company genuinely cares about people - you feel supported, not just managed.

Cons

Honestly, no real cons so far. Everything just works the way it should.
