Pros
Great people (not management) and that is all.
Cons
The owners use fear to manage. They do not trust employees and micromanage everything, including emails to clients. It is expected to work beyond 11 hours per day and they look down upon those who only want to work 40 hours per week. The communication from management is nonexistent, unless they do not approve of what you are doing.
