1) Salary is amazingly low from the start and doesn't get that much higher. Bonuses are only for those who have worked quite a long period of time and the money does not get distributed evenly.

3) The CEO values the sales team the highest, which is why the company values quantity over quality. The more money comes in, the happier the CEO is even if the sales team is lying to the client saying that they can complete the project, even though it's impossible.
4) Projects are mostly delayed and deadlines aren't met.
5) Sales team is extremely two-faced and only care about their commission.
6) Lots of overtime.
7) CEO's attitude towards men and women is completely different.
