      None - Only if you are going through one of the Heads of Departments, otherwise you will be treated like crap. Salary on time.

      Favoritism, Ball lifting. No respect for employees unless you are in the management.

      Good working environment and not very toxic culture. Good onsite facilities and was also offered medical at the end of my term, working conditions also satisfactory.

      Cons

      No opportunities of growth. Communication gap between superiors. Non-existent HR.
