      Frankly speaking this company don't even deserved to be write any Pros for them... Worst experienced Lot of Police case registered and Every time CEO just run from Office and settle all the matter outside of office. CEO is just doing TimePass and No VISION towards Company......

      CEO itself is disaster for the company..... Everything illegal and ruining every candidate carrier. No sense to talk with employees.... Arrogant CEO ever seen Only few close employee from last five years and No vision for future...... DON't EVEN TRY this company.....

      Let me know how much have you delivered or given output to the company. As far as I know about the company, it asks you to follow proper SDLC and STLC. Follow the TDD methods. If you have not done it then you must have got the scoldings of the CEO. The CEO has the vision of working with freshers who are more energetic as he believes. Those who have the capacity are still working with the company and those who don't have the capacity are fired. I feel sorry for you that you didn't have the capacity to survive. All the best for you future company. I suggest you to focus on delivering the best instead of the CEO vision and attitude.

      1. Bad Environment 2. No Team Work 3. Worst CEO's attitude he wants all work to be done within 5 minutes by freshers 4. Company doesn't seems like IT company 5. Company has completed 10 Years , Still it's seems like he just started the company 6. No long term career(you may get fired at any time)

      There is no reason so you can work with this kind of company. This is not a company CEO having a business of marriage hall . He only run this company for maintain his status in society. He not think about any emaploye of company or profits and growth of company. He feal employoee are not graduate engineer they are labour. Some time it is compare software engineer with gaurd and bai of office . They people work better than software engineer.

      Cons

      There are so many things for Cryptex but due to time reason I will write 2-3 things here, rest of the things we will discuss after some days. The developer who have 4+ expirence in this company CEO and pm said that the work and coding standards are not good. Even when 4 year developer doing code review the point mistakes in this. How the 2 non technical person find mistakes and insulting the person in front of juniors .
