Pros

- Average / above average salaries - Clients are mostly super nice to work with - Good work-life balance - Teams are friendly - Provide business visits to clients

Cons

- HR and middle management are nice people but not flexible enough - You will interact within your team only most of the time, so if you want an interactive environment you will not find that much of it here. - The annual increase is too little. - There is a chance that your client terminates the contract and you will need to either find another team to join or you are out (You get a 2 months period to sort this out).

Pros

-Fixed working hours -Affording bus for transportation form/to the office -Depositing salaries on time -Building a project ownership skills

Cons

This is an offshore company which mean that they just sell you effort to another Daish company therefore : - Managers does not have any idea about software development, they just hunting heads to gain money. - They are working with startups for a short period of time, so at any time they may terminate your employment contract "Forget the word stability" - There's no or very little salary raises - The management team are a group of cheater so don't trust them. This is a Hunting company. - Management doesn't listen to any comment from the teams. - The working environment is very noisy and its not suitable for software development. - Managers are not fair “they invent rules to deduct from the salaries” - For any trivial thing they over react “They warn people to put them in jail by using the power of the danish embassy”

Pros

- they used to give competent salaries, now not. - good working environment.

Cons

- it is not really a company in traditional sense, it just gives you a project or two to work on, there is no plan for your future with them, you will not be really an employee there. It is just disguised freelancing. - They don't respect the contract period you both sign. - They don't develop your abilities to meet the changing market requirements or help you with it. - They have criteria to measure on the performance. - They have no respect for experience, there is no HR policy or a system for salaries based on skills or experience. It just depends on their need right now. - they don't follow a professional architecture for employees and well defined roles based on experience and skills. - Very low stability, don't recommend if you are married or have bills to pay.
