A creepy place to work

The product could be great with better company and product leadership

Cons

The CEO Craig is terrible leader with no morals. He has tried to change the truth on sexual harassment claims flipping it on the victim and 'quashing' reports as fake. Many instances of harassment caused by founder Michael are known of but no changes ever made. CEO says 'he is just touchy feely' as if that is acceptance. The leadership here is like North Korea in my opinion. Better to not go here.

There are good, kind people here. However, the longevity of their employment is questionable given the cons.

Cons

- The Founder of the company is known for his predatory behaviour towards women in the workplace. - Attempts to raise this with the CEO & other leadership within Australia are dismissed & brushed aside. If you push the issue, you are put "on the out" with leadership, & alienated within the company. - The company has been hemorrhaging highly skilled people due to the toxic workplace culture & "cover up" behaviour of leadership. - Communication is sorely lacking, & policies to support & protect staff are not in place (or are not enacted when needed).

> Half the people are good humans trying to do their best with failing management

Cons

> The Founder is very hands-on with female employees in the worst possible way. It's well known across everyone in the company. Senior management routinely refuse to do anything about it because they fear him and fear losing the money they invested in the company. > All of senior management have no back-bone and don't stand up for anything. > Almost all employees have been verbally abused, bullied and called expletives by the Founder. > Horrible horrible culture that pits everyone against each other turns good people bad.
