High Turnover

Pros

Exposure to diverse tasks (though mostly irrelevant to your role)

Cons

- Extremely high employee turnover - Incompetent managers who lack direction and leadership skills - Frequently assigned “mission impossible” tasks with no resources or guidance - Loose and ineffective company policies, leading to confusion and inconsistency - Team size for projects is far too small, with workloads far exceeding what any individual can reasonably handle - Expected to take on duties outside your role: auch as substitute teaching, designing teaching materials, moving supplies, ordering materials, and even setting up booths for Fun Day — all with zero help. - Very low salary compared to workload and responsibilities

Pros

None whatsoever really, to be honest.

Cons

Coersive culture, low pay, poor teaching material/ethics, last-minute notice, inflexible environment, nonexistent support. Intrusive teaching environment. Not worth your time.
