Good clientele listing Flexible working

Cons

A lot of nepotism with promoting. Lies about qualifications too. Promote if you play part of cover up with incidents - get your good buddies.

Pros

Really great team to work with - from Strategy, Tech, QA and UX. So smart, loads of ideas and very passionate about the subject area. Amazing clients too and loads of variety when it comes to the work.

Cons

There's definitely more work to do when it comes to process improvement - something we're always working on. Also the clients are from a variety of different verticals which can be a bit challenging for some people to get their heads around. For the right individuals it's a plus though as it keeps things interesting.
