The working environment is very friendly, helpful towards each other. CEO of the company is simple, very down to earth, helpful and always understands his employees(colleagues), he tries to help to everyone to understand in which direction they want to move on in career path and share his experience of success and mistakes. Since the company is young startup all colleagues more like family.

More like suggestion, a little bit more structure in management.

Because it's a startup with minimal manpower, we would sometimes need to do a little bit of everything.
