- growth opportunities - people helping people business - team atmosphere with positive environment - willingness to put in work will make for successful outcomes - no seniority in this business, your ability to grow and advance has everything to do with your work ethic and determination for a solid future - I recently just got promoted to management, therefore I’m not an employee at CSG anymore. Just recently opened up my own office in Cincinnati, OH

- the only con I can think of is being from Jeffersonville, IN my commute was about 30 minutes both ways not including traffic.
