Pros
CEO is a complete workaholic. Benefits are great- Management is very busy and we have to self manage though. Management is very connected with socialites and deal makers.
Cons
CEO completely micromanages and is very abrupt. Super high energy and you better be able to deal with late nights and delusions of grandeur tasks. CEO is very big in social circles and trusts nobody around him, which makes for long enduring hours.
