Aside from management there are some really nice people there. That being said there were a couple managers there that were good but I know one of them has since left. I hope it's changed for the sake of the current employees

Cons

Management does not have their employees best interest in mind. Despite multiple requests from many employees, they refused to have an HR department. I've heard there is a pseudo one now.

Pros

Coventry Homes is full of talent. Was lucky enough to have amazing upper management, never felt micromanaged as I did with other companies. Made a positive experience.

Cons

not enough time off, the insurance options are declining each year. pay is not worth the amount of time an stress. you cant take a vacation without the world falling apart on the job site. I feel this will eventually lead to higher turnover rates later on. Lots of issues with purchasing and corporate which can leave to longer build days and less bonus when its outside your control.
