Great work-life balance. We got some well-being days to reset which were great to disconnect

Management is pretty is just bad. People tend to fail up in the company. The Account Executives would BDR's/SDR's at most tech companies. Most feel pretty lost with guidance.

Mismanagement. Management is also indecisive with their decisions. Poor communication on desired goals/outcomes, from top to bottom leading to constant communication breakdown. With people leaving constantly, you wear multiple hats and are criticized unfairly when mistakes are made.
