Pros
The best part was when it ended. They used to have a few long-time key players that were excellent guidance, but they've been losing those employees for a while. If you're towards the end of your career and seeking a place to sort of fade into the wallpaper and just be left alone and unnoticed, this is for you.
Cons
Zero infrastructure to help employees do their jobs. Upper management is temperamental, aggressive, and vindictive, even with clients. Employees are overloaded with too many properties, and are expected to cover for other employees on top of that. No support, and no real room for growth. Lots of behind-the-scenes impropriety happening as well.
