Frustrating environment

Pros

teambuildings, snacks, after probation you get multisport card, nice office, easy to manage holidays, not like in corporate, some people were nice

Cons

surreal targets and KPI - very stressful, every week is from the beginning, every month is from the beginning - reports every day/week/month. if you have one bad week there is an issue, no one cares about your personality but only results, people "stealing" candidates, sales department is very bad communicating with recruiters, bonuses very low - if they fire you, they wont give you your previous bonuses, seen people been fired immediately, almost every week people were leaving or fired, there is this constant feeling that you can get fired any day. people are very competitive and not being honest. A lot of gossips and comparison to Prague office - why?!, I didnt like the feeling to work there. Job was interesting but this will lead you out sooner or later. Also I have sensed immoral behaviour of the management - aka if someone announced that is pregnant - they took the leading post/bonuses during maternity leave for the past work away from that person.

Everyone is replaceable

Pros

- young team, mostly cool guys/girls - great offices, free coffee, free tea - flexible working hours

Cons

Now here is where things get ugly: - sub-average pay - advertising the job as entry level, actually requires extensive market and sales knowledge - zero employee engagement. The old "you're replaceble" atitude - non existant company values or corporate culture - management acts like it doesnt have a long term plan. In Poland they replaced the entire team several times during 2015 and they ridiculled them during the sales review. Here, they had 3 people come and go in less than 3 months. - the only focus is on profit, no market growth, customer satisfaction - no benefits - no career plan - not a proactive atitude towards problem solving - little to no training
