      Biggest Career Mistake I've Made in Years

      Pros

      Can't really think of much beyond fairly convenient location.

      Cons

      Highest turnover rate I've ever seen in a company, especially for such a small company. Services are frequently sold to customers that Contigo is unable to support. People in positions of authority frequently throw others under the bus, and employees are often caught in power struggles. Very negative overall environment for employees.

      Right off of Research Blvd

      Cons

      The attrition is absurd, nobody works there over 2 years. Above industry standard for Hours and Hardware (PS- the hardware is re-furbished second hand items) Too much of the blind leading the blind. There are zero "team" meetings and Scrum is looked down upon by Top Management.

      Hard work and dedication is rewarded! All employees receive raises and bonuses every year and promotions are common is a super fast growing MSP

      Cons

      Sometimes Contigo bites off more than they can chew and we stretch our people pretty thin. (If you can't take the heat then get out of this kitchen)
