      Remote work if that is your desire

      Cons

      Toxic work environment stems from CEO. A small team however I am not the only one calling it toxic. When I started - first day all non management were first week or second week which in itself is a red flag. On a team meeting I saw CEO use horrible language to an employee.

      - tangible opportunity to grow in role and get promoted - Management has made inclusion and diversity a core business objective - clear delineation of responsibilities and ability to own projects to completion - remote environment with quarterly in person team bonding - supportive environment - Resources for growing existing skillset

      Cons

      - if you don't like remote with in person team bonding, then not for you.
