      -Beautiful property and access to nature -Lovely co-workers who all love the work -Great opportunity to learn and develop skills

      -Poor frequency of professional evaluation, feedback, and development from supervisors and leadership -A lot asked of direct care staff with limited support, which leads to quick turnover and burnout

      - Fun coworkers - Meaningful work with a measurable impact - Beautiful location and good food at farmhouse - Opportunity to work outdoors year-round

      - Low pay (industry average, but still should be improved) - 8-day schedule becomes draining after a while - Some participants can be difficult to work with - Company decisions made by owners without input from mentors - Food on excursions is terrible - Since it is a small company, it can be difficult to have opportunities for growth
