Pros
Concert actively encourages and supports its employees to continue their personal development, with allows them to further their professional qualifications. Concert values its employees and will continue to invest in their personal and team development. Their are many benefits when working at Concert such as, free skiing trip on completion of company targets, extra day off on your birthday, a cook off on a Friday, where everyone gets a chance to leave the desk and cook up a storm for everyone to enjoy in our brand new kitchen, which also has a TV.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any downside to working at concert. The culture and atmosphere is great with many amazing opportunities.
