Pros
Small company = laser focus. I've worked for much larger MSPs and it's day and night. Each individual and customer is treated with a high-level of care and consideration. This is only possible with a smaller shop. Computerware successsfully executes on that level of service consistently.
Cons
It is a smaller company, so opportunities for growth and scale are limited.
