Horrible experience as someone with a smaller amount of experience. Tossed right into the work with no direction at all, around coworkers who were not of much assistance. CEO will throw anyone into any job whether or not they're right for the job and expect them to do it correctly. If they mess up, expect punishment.
There is little to no communication between employees.
