Pros

CMG fosters a psychologically safe work environment where everyone’s voice is heard. Cross-functional teams are empowered and agile-minded, creating a strong sense of ownership and engagement. The recent shift to forming squads for focused prioritization was a clever and effective move—it has truly empowered teams to accelerate progress toward their goals. Squads enable both team members and leaders to collaborate more efficiently and deliver impactful results. The CEO’s playbooks, experience reports, and open dialogue during town halls have significantly enhanced transparency and brings a culture of inclusiveness. The renovation efforts are for a better tomorrow, and while there are minor discomforts along the way, I see the sunshine ahead.

Cons

Career advancement paths and role transitions could be improved with more development plans. Resource planning and prioritization sometimes face challenges due to shifting strategic priorities.

Pros

I’ve had the privilege of working at CMG and I can confidently say that it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. One of the standout features of this company is its commitment to flexibility. Whether it’s the ability to work from home or adjust your schedule to fit personal needs, CMG-India provides a work environment that allows employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Beyond the work arrangements, the people at CMG are some of the most talented, collaborative, and supportive individuals I’ve had the pleasure to work with. The culture is open and inclusive, fostering a sense of community while driving innovation.

Cons

Working at CMG has been a mixed experience. One of the main challenges I've observed is the company's tendency to juggle too many projects simultaneously. While the company’s ambitions are commendable, spreading resources too thin across multiple initiatives has resulted in slow progress on nearly every front. In short, while there’s potential for success, the constant shifting of focus and lack of clear direction has hindered progress, and things often move at a slow pace. It’s a place where you might feel like you’re working hard, but not necessarily moving forward. However, management is working towards these challenges and trying best to keep employees motivated.

Pros

Majority of team is excellent to work with Bright and clean office Benefits are great Can be very exciting place to work and has potential to be a great place to work.

Cons

Communication of corporate policies and changes is awful. Leaders often find out at the same time as staff which strains the relationship with the staff. New bonus structure is not competitive and they got rid of LTIP. There is always a new idea/initiative/process or direction. Few ideas make it across the finish line as it causes organizational confusion. Fitness facilities are lacking any inspiration. Expectations of constant overtime and no work/life balance and burnout is real. No one checks in on overworked employees.
