- The team and people 'in the trenches' are great and very knowledge
- compensation is fine, not great not terrible
- the technology is good, with the potential of being great
Cons
- management is leading without employees situations being considered (removal of set WFH days / switching to cubical office design / removed wellness days)
- very management heavy organization with low communication
- many staff departures are leaving departments short staffed
But on the other hand, the mid and high level management lack vision and any technical knowledge.
New software and management is just talk also. No tangible growth in products. New management seems better at LinkedIn marketing
