Pros

Majority of team is excellent to work with Bright and clean office Benefits are great Can be very exciting place to work and has potential to be a great place to work.

Cons

Communication of corporate policies and changes is awful. Leaders often find out at the same time as staff which strains the relationship with the staff. New bonus structure is not competitive and they got rid of LTIP. There is always a new idea/initiative/process or direction. Few ideas make it across the finish line as it causes organizational confusion. Fitness facilities are lacking any inspiration. Expectations of constant overtime and no work/life balance and burnout is real. No one checks in on overworked employees.
