Pros
Like family, I've come to love these people. I love that if I want to learn, I have only to ask questions. I do not feel micro-managed. I do feel I'm treated as an adult. I love helping people. I get to offer help to the people I work with, the clients we service and the prospects we offer services to - sometimes help they don't even know they need.
Cons
And like a family, sometimes we squabble. Sometimes everyone (me included) needs to think before we speak.
