I really enjoy how at CompuData you are not just treated like a number, but instead as a valued employee. Everyone is super helpful and teamwork is a big priority within the company. Many company events and things to get involved in.

Cons

Sometimes can be difficult to get in touch with upper management because everyone is extremely busy.

No room for career advancement or salary review (to echo other reviewers; people have been working there for over 10 years without a pay raise). Although there are always opportunities to take on more responsibility it's usually not coupled with a change in title or other compensation packages even over the long-haul. The direction of the company can seem a bit convoluted when you have "too many cooks in the kitchen" making up their rules as they go.
