Vice President and certain employees in different departments are amazing!! President is very generous. Benefits, tuition reimbursement, boot and tool reimbursement are a plus!
Cons
This company is money focused and also individually focused. Certain department heads have more say and outweigh right decisions. Alliances exist here. Should not be able to hire family members by promoting certain people as a supervisor. Should also not be able to recruit best friends as a direct employee in a management role. HR is also flawed by allowing this and other racist and sexist things to allow to happen. Higher ranking leadership is blind to what is actually happening and when aware chooses to ignore. I would beware of good reviews or comments. Company also asked new employees with less that 3 months experience to review the company to get better reviews. Again suggested by their own HR department and upper management.
