The only pro was that I made a lot of new contacts in the industry.
Cons
Working at CES was by far the worst experience of my career. You will be micromanaged so much it will give you anxiety. You are constantly talked to like you are an idiot. I felt constantly harassed by my department head, even once being followed into the bathroom. There is no stability or chance for promotion unless you're a friend of the family or you have a connection to a customer they want to do business with. Do yourself a huge favor and work someplace else.
