They introduced the company as the best of the best to a new potential candidate which this could be a possibility if CES is willing to fully understand the impact of loss knowledge. The corporation has possibilities of becoming a better place to work if there is a total shakedown of current people and their responsibilities.
Cons
If you are not part of the click, you are a problem child. They are not willing to hear any suggestions or admit that there is a problem with their extravagant turnover of employees. Employees are an excessive cost within a company and the consideration should be taken that possibly management is part of such turn over.
