      Pros

      Good place to work with a supportive and approachable leadership team. Very fortunate to have a direct manager who truly listens. Shorter work hours on Fridays allows the employees extended personal time which is a big plus.

      Cons

      Some individuals contribute to a negative atmosphere, which can impact team morale. There’s no separate sick leave policy—sick days come out of your PTO.
