Beneficios para la familia en cuanto a salud y bienestar, excelente compensación económica, impacto social muy alto.

Cons

Los mandos medios tienden a tener favoritismos, preferencias. Sondeos globales como GPTW a veces no hacen eco en los procesos. Pocas opciones para ascender sino estas del lado de los jefes.
