      Very competent workers, very human management, maximum flexibility, possibility of working from home, flexible working hours

      Cons

      No real cons here. Of course being a small company you're not going to do "your job only", but I consider this a very positive aspect actually.

      Pros

      Good projects to work on, no micromanagement, developers have plenty of freedom to implement the best solution. Nice and relaxed environment, very friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      People mostly worked on individual projects. There was a bit of cross collaboration, but each project was largely and individual effort.
