- Very high ownership across teams. Most teams are small (1–3 people), which means you get to lead initiatives end to end and have real impact. Many team members are used to wearing multiple hats and excelling in them. - As the only designer on the team right now, there is a lot of room to grow, shape processes, and define the future of design at the company. You get to work proactively on a wide range of problems, not just within a narrow role. - Strong sense of trust and close relationships across teams due to the small team size. - Startup paced but family friendly. The company genuinely respects personal life and boundaries. - Fully remote and very flexible work environment. - People are very kind, professional, and supportive. There’s a strong culture of giving shout outs and expressing appreciation. - I experienced that leadership is open-minded and positive, especially when exploring new ideas. - Design leadership is highly capable, thoughtful, and great to work with both professionally and personally.

Great people to work with, cohesive environment, good pay, great PTO. I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and genuinely feel that this company is pushing the industry to what it should be. It’s not someplace to come to if you want to coast- if you put in the work and want to really affect change, this is it.
