Fast based environment of a start up can be overwhelming for those use to the slow pace of a traditional carrier.

Remote work, overall great culture, people are fantastic and are experts in their fields. Benefits had a marked improvement in quality and price this year. HR leader has been a fantastic person to collaborate with. She really knows what she is doing and has been a great leader and collaborative influence on the team. We all respect and appreciate the VP of Engineering who is a steady hand and expert himself which makes meetings meaningful and collaborative.The mission and work we do is meaningful as well as inspiring and interesting. Also the sr. Director of Product is amazing. She really knows and understands product and comes from an Amazon background. Our dept collaborates well with her product development team.

Our CEO is passionate and dedicated but to much in the weeds. He is good person and he just needs to back down, trust who he has hired, and let us work to complete projects. We currently have too many projects going on simultaneously. So when everything is a priority nothing is a priority.
