Gaining incentives means going through the eye of a needle

Pros
It was a good company at first. It was lax, the workload is just right.
Cons
New policies came and arrived. Other accounts started dragging other accounts down to the point where incentives are hard to get. Not to mention, the shifts are 12-hour shifts. The pay is 15k at starting for a travel account that is considered "hard" as agents are often handling multiple issues pertaining to money as well.
