Pros
Whole management team are very supportive and encourage you to do your best for both your personal development and company progression. Working remotely for a business and still having the support and guidance to be successful is really nice and I would 100% encourage anyone who is looking for a new role to consider Commerce Interact as they 100% look after their staff.
Cons
I haven’t come across any cons. If you put in a great amount of effort- the company are equally rewarding!
