      Above-average pay for fresh grads, nice and extremely smart colleagues, flat hierarchies, and a strong focus on employee well-being. Overtime is very rare. Makes consulting work for people who have a life outside of their employment.

      Career development is limited due to the long tenure of most employees + professional development is one's responsibility. With the change of the CEO undergoing a lot of changes with the associated growing pains
