      Only good for fresher with no or less experience

      -Worst Management a typical Lala company -Directors doesn’t have any knowledge & wants you to follow their thoughts like a absent minded person -Doesn’t have A positive work environment also

      -If you are starting it will give you opportunity

      Cons

      -Less Salary -6 days working -Six months probation at 10K salary -No work-life balance -No PF/Bonus/Insurance -It's a small company with a very small office with 15-20 employees -Nothing much to learn -Started cutting salary(in covid) although the company did all-time high sales during covid -this could happen anytime, saying we are in loss etc. -No job security
