Zero leadership. Company will take advantage of you if you are a Star rather than reward you. Company does not follow union guidelines, gets fined a lot because of it. Walks all over and takes advantage of other contractors and general contractors. Could never get straight answers from the shop regarding anything, which led me to determine they are in over their head and flailing. Has no problem recruiting and laying off good candidates because they don't fit in with their "good ol boy" culture. IBEW actively trying to remove them from the Union.
