Pros
Training, as useless as it is, was provided and paid for in New York City for a week. The only redeeming aspect of working there, was spending a week in Times Square.
Cons
Management is lacking in vision, continuity, ability and general sales ability. I was able to produce multi billion dollar companies to my funnel and then not allowed to close them in fear of a big commission pay out. Data mining operation for leads that will never be paid out for. The entire office is full of nepotism. Manager had a brother who worked there. The former agents have both kids working there. If you're not related to them. Don't bother applying.
