      Fresher have to join this company for learning

      I worked there for 10 months. When i resign they gave me commitments that if i will complete the running project then they will permit me my experience letter as well as my recent month salary. but when company release me they only gave my experience letter and they hold my salary for one month. but when i call to company HR they said we have a budget problem because company is in a lose. and till now they didn't gave my salary and if i call or text them they are not receiving that.

      Pros

      Well mannered management Owners are very friendly If they took any strict action so they took it professionally by sending email Not call you in cabin and shouting on you Hr is very supportive ,leave process is very easy For freshers it's a jackpot, they give full access to the developer to learn and boost the skills

      Yeah there are some cons also Company should improve their QA department, testing is very moderate Not flexible timming , company follow strict office timing
