      Great co-workers but lack of communication from CEO and poor leadership.

      Pros

      -Remote working and flexible working conditions -Very competitive salary -As the company is still quite small, employee input can be quite valuable as all ideas are taken into consideration

      Cons

      -Poor communication from CEO -All communication is done virtually (email, Skype) which makes communicating ideas a potentially lengthy process with many things left misinterpreted -I did not agree with some of the company's morals and values, which made respecting the company I worked with difficult -Unless you are a developer you will not receive any on-the-job training

      - Great leadership and management - Intellectually stimulating - Great team and culture - Mission-driven company

      Cons

      - Very autonomous and self-driven mindset or "if you see something say something" mentality, which might not be appealing to some people (it's a pro for me) - If you're not into loving your team members that would also be a con - the people are awesome

      Pros

      You'll never be bored at Codio! From day one, I felt as if I was making an impact. Good work is readily recognized and rewarded. The team is amazing, I've never worked at a company where there was so much mutual respect and collaboration!

      Cons

      If you're someone who needs to be micro-managed, Codio isn't the place for you! To be successful at Codio is to take ownership and run with it!
