      Since starting at Perficient, I have learned: I enjoy working at Codevita because: A day in the life of a codevita employee includes: To send mail to different universities and interact with them. At work, I’m looking forward to mail different universities for the search of best people Codevita makes my work life easier as its an E- learning platform and gives an opportunity to work from home . I’m proud to work at Codevita because it has flexible time frame so anyone who can manage many things at the same time .. Its the best opportunity for them to work here.

      I guess there are very minute cons for this company which we can neglect. For me i didn't find any.

      Pros

      Decent enough work culture (with the management change, earlier management was below average),easy targets and deadlines, flexible work timings

      Cons

      Rather than pushing you to complete targets/deadlines they put the impetus on you which is tough for non self motivated employees, Need to increase the hiring barrier to filter out incompetent candidates which spoil the experience for others

      We can certainly vouch for the fact that a majority of our students are extremely satisfied with our offerings. We appreciate constructive feedback but this is clearly a false testimony as we don't have any employee working in the BDA position in Pune .
