Pros

Codence didn't dally or delay. The interview process was very thorough but handled in a timely manner. The Onboarding process is great.

The interview, hiring and onboarding processes with Codence are great. Onboarding is the best process I ever encountered. So no cons to speak of...

-Amazing management that actually listens to feedback. -Team that is responsive and helpful -“Family” vibe of people that actually seem to care about you and your needs -Flexible and understanding time off when needed -Respectful of work-life balance -Opportunities for growth and development -Good benefits -Flexible Schedules -Clients come first…but not at the detriment of an employee

-Smaller company, so benefits could be better…but they are growing -Flexibility can mean too much freedom for those needing an unyielding schedule
