vast amount of technology to choose and work from helpful seniors

they did not pay my last two month's salary which would have amount to 80K. when asked they said they will give only 20k, but did not give any money,

- You will get to learn new technologies. - On every 2nd Saturday they have a townhall meet, where you can share anything like your problems, achievements or anything you want to share - on time salary

Cons

- Too much micromanagement. You have to track each and every second that you are working and you have to justify that also. - When you have projects they will treat you well and listen to you otherwise you are no use to them. - Until you have project, you are good performer once they have no project then they will put you in PIP and then ask you to resign. - There no boundaries of professionalism. They talk very very harshly if you did a minor mistake, which can be resolved politely. - For tasks, they provide very to very less time ( like 15 min, 20 min).
