My experience with this company was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Here’s a detailed account of the issues I faced: Offer Letter Delays: I was promised an offer letter on my first day. However, after requesting two days of leave (which was approved), I joined on the third day and was told I would only receive the offer letter at the end of the week. The reason given for the delay was that some employees misuse offer letters to secure other jobs. This seemed unreasonable and unprofessional. Disrespectful Behavior: When I asked about the offer letter, I was accused of lacking "maturity" and was questioned about my "mentality." The manager repeatedly asked my age, implying it was relevant to my professionalism and capability. This was inappropriate and irrelevant. During a meeting, the manager threw a piece of paper on the desk and asked, "If this was your offer letter, would you work now?" This was both disrespectful and uncalled for. Uncomfortable and Inconsiderate Treatment: I was made to stand for three hours straight during a discussion without being offered a seat. After office hours (which ended at 6:30 PM), I was kept until 7:30 PM with no prior notice or justification. The office was empty except for me and the manager, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Hostile Environment: The manager made demeaning remarks about my mentality, professionalism, and ability to do the work. There was no respect for my time, and basic workplace ethics were not followed. I believe every employee deserves clear communication, respect, and professionalism in the workplace. This experience left me feeling undervalued and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise potential candidates to be cautious before considering this company.
