Pros

Friendly behavior of employees No other pros except this.

1) Management is very poor 2) Harsh words are used with all the employees by Management 3) No growth of an employee 4) One Employee is handling 4-5 projects, lots of burden. 5) No HR policies as they changed their policies every day to trouble the employees 6) They don’t give any valid documents at the time of joining and after they take the advantage for the same. 7) Company tried to enforce unrealistic deadlines on the employees which are unachievable. 8) Already 8-9 employees have left the company. No future of this company. 9) Salaries are very poor. 10) HR management is uneducated. They don't know any HR Policies. 11) Salary deductions unnecessarily 12) Salary comes after 10th of every month as the month is of 40 days not 30 days for them. 13) No incentives as promised 14) Provident Fund is stolen by them as they deduct 24% PF of your salary which is against the law. 15) No more clients as projects are never delivered on time

following:Employers do not want you to grow, they will not give you experience letter and will not give your last month salary even after serving notice period. They will make you sign on a normal paper that they call a bond but that is not a legal court stamp paper but just an ordinary paper for two years that is illegal and then they tortute employees based on that. They don't provide any training as such. When any employee leaves the company and joins any new company, they will send letter to your new company saying very bad things about you and giving negative reviews about you. They did this with many of there previous employees including me. Even if new company do not ask review from them, they will find their previous employee new company when this employee updates it on linkedin and send mail to this new company saying very bad things about their previous employees. In a way they try to ruin the career of their previous employee in every way they can. If any one wants to join codeyeti and work forever like labourers then its best place to join but if later you decide to leave the company then definitely they will try to ruin your career in every way they can. Either they will not give you your experience letter even if you follow all their illegal rules and regulations or they will give bad reviews about you so that rest of the their employees will get scared and do not leave their company forever. The office is located at a very bad location where you don't get anything nearby. They are just a startup but forces you to work extra hours with no additional benefits.

Pros

* Challenging environment and lots of learning opportunities * open hierarchy * Work never gets boring * Free Snacks * Fun office * flexibility for in and out time * Hard Working Employees are recognized and awarded * Cricket matches between teams on alternate fridays and tt and counter strike almost everyday after 7

Cons

* Alternate Saturdays are on * A bit far in terms of location * No system to track Employee progress, maybe because of low management to employee ratio

Saturdays - Hope to have all Saturdays off soon :) Location - It is sorted now :) Tracking - Yes, we have recently introduced Managers for better reporting and tracking. Hopefully it will resolve the issue.
