Flexible working environment, company benefit is medium compared to region/zone. The management takes care of employees well.
Cons
No actual career path for every individuals. People if don't join in the customer projects will be re-assigned to in-house projects (very poor technologies and motivation).
Very less bonus salary since Dec 2023.
